This news comes hot on the heels of a report by a top NASA climatologist which calls for CO2 levels to be reduced to 350 ppm to avoid the "possibility of seeding irreversible catastrophic effects."

A teenager has been given a suspended jail term after racially abusing a group of Asian men in a booze-fuelled rant."Go back to your own country" and other racist remarks.He called one of the men "The Turbanator" and threw a punch, but Tutty had "picked on the wrong man", and was set upon, the court heard.
